This is a very nice, cozy two bedroom and two full bathroom house 40 minutes from downtown Detroit but much closer to other fun places to visit including Clarkston, Birmingham, Royal Oak and Ferndale. I am 1/2 mile from Pontiac state park that offers great mountain biking trails hiking trails as well as cross country skiing trails. This house includes a really nice kitchen with nice furniture, a hot tub and a nice backyard with a three season room that has a gas stove. There is also a wood-burning Fireplace in the living room with firewood. It also has a TV in the master bedroom, there’s Internet in the house and a record player and sound bar for listening to music. There is also a pull out bed on the main sofa in the living room. This house can sleep 4 total. It has a king size bed and a full size bed in the guest bedroom and a full size pull out sofa bed. There is also a garage gym which includes a pull up bar, two punching bags, some free weights and perfect push-up as well as a medicine ball and bands.
